Broompark is a comfortable modern bungalow tastefully furnished throughout. There are two comfortable double rooms, one with an en-suite shower room, the other a shared bath/shower room.

The rooms boast TVs, hospitality trays and toiletries. In addition to bedrooms, guests can have full use of the lounge or conservatory.
Check-in/out can be arranged at a time to suit you if required.
Broompark is easy to find. From Linlithgow take the B8090 for 2 miles. Take the road signed 'Philipstoun' for 1 mile. Turn right at the speed-limit sign (30 mph) then first right when you enter the estate. Click the address at the top of the page for a detailed map.
