What are your charges?
Calls are charged at £15 per half hour in Falkirk,
Linlithgow and Grangemouth. All other surrounding areas will be charged
at £30 for the first hour and £15 per half hour
thereafter. Remember that you will not be charged if your problem isn't
resolved regardless of location. There will be a charge for
time spent on site if we perform a diagnosis, but you decide not to have
the repair done by us. |
What if my repair only takes ten minutes?
If your repair only takes ten minutes you will still be charged
for your minimum time slot. Why not use this to your advantage and
have your system configuration checked. In most cases your system
will not be setup with an optimum configuration and will be able to be
tuned to run and boot faster.

Do you work out-with 9 to 5?
Yes! Unlike many other support companies we understand that it's not
always suitable to have someone call between 9 and 5. Therefore we work
around you with no additional charge. |
Do you offer "real" Web design?
Very few people can boast of internet experience before 1990, but we
can. At GW Computing we fully understand the technical aspects of
the internet as well as having access to an ex-graphic designer and a
dedicated computer artist/flash expert. If your company doesn't have a
web page yet, then try one one of our starter sites. Prices from £35. |

Do you offer training?
Yes. Whether you're simply out of touch or don't know where to
start then feel free to call and arrange a training session in the
comfort of your own home or business.

What happens if my computer can't be repaired?
We are so confident that we can solve your problem that in the
unlikely event that your computer can't be repaired then you
don't pay a penny thanks to our "No fix - No fee" policy.

Can you help me?
Yes. We can help with most computer problems. Whether your system's
totally dead, spouting out loads of errors or crashing. Do you have a
virus or maybe require a web page. Concerns about Internet security or
just a niggle that seems to be a unique feature of your system, then
please call. Computer problems can be frustrating, especially these
days when we rely on them so much, even at home.

Where is your shop? One of the
reasons that we are so inexpensive is that we don't have overheads
like shops. Remember that in ALL circumstances we come to you so you
don't have the hassle of dismantling your system to take it to be
repaired. In most cases your system will be repaired on your premises.
Very occasionally your system may have to be taken away. If this is the case then it will be returned, reassembled
and tested before it's left with you. |

Do you only deal with Windows systems?
No. If you have any UNIX or VMS systems then please call with
your requirements. We have experience ranging from setting up a
single workstation to design and management of enterprise systems,
high availability clusters and SANs. Alphaservers are our
speciality! The same charges apply regardless of operating
system.
